At the bottom of the text, above the fold on the left hand side pro defend' (s.xvi). Approx. 209 X 134 + 34mm. Damaged along one fold, holed with attempts at sewn repairs, but letters legible. Scribbled infill after the final words to complete the final line. The appearance of Robert fitz Walter as witness is worthy of notice.
