Ioh(ann)es Dei gratia rex Angl(ie) dominus Hibern(ie) dux Norm(annie) Aquit(annie) et com(es) And(egauie) abbati de Westm' salutem.  Precipimus tibi quod sine dilatione plenum rectum teneas Willelmo Suthauthe et Dionis(ie) ux(ori) eius de xl. acr(is) terre cum pertin(entiis) in Piriford' quas clamant (over clamauerat erased) tenere de te per liberum seruicium v. sol(idorum) per annum pro omni seruicio quas Walterus de Reda eis deforciat et nisi feceris, vic(ecomes) Surr' faciat ne amplius inde clamorem audiamus pro defectu recti.  T(este) Hug(one) de Bard' apud Porecestr' xxv. die Aprilis.
