I(ohannes) Dei gratia etc.  Sciatis nos dedisse, concessisse et presenti carta confirmasse Reginaldo de Brehull’ mercatum nostrum de Wudestok’ cum langabulo eiusdem ville tenendum sibi et heredibus suis de nob(is) et heredibus nostris ad feodi firmam reddendo in(de) nob(is) et heredibus nostris per annum sex marc(as) pro omni seruicio.  Quare volumus et firmiter precipimus quod predictus Reginaldus et heredes sui post eum habeant et teneant predictum mercatum cum langabulo et omnibus aliis pertinentiis suis per predictum seruicium bene et in pace, libere et quiete et integre in omnibus locis et rebus cum omnibus libertatibus et liberis consuetudinibus ad ea pertinentibus sic(ut) predictum est.  T(este) domino H(uberto) Cant’ archiepiscopo.  Dat’ per manum Hugon(is) de Well’ archid(iaconi) Well’ apud Winleshores xxviii. die <?Iulii> anno regni nostri sexto.
